GTKAB is a cab booking application being developed by Gorathanth Engineering with the support of Gorkhanth Trust to provide affordable transportation services across villages and towns in Odisha. The platform aims to enhance rural and semi-urban connectivity through economical fare solutions. Gorkhanth Trust acts as a supporting organization and does not operate or control the platform. GTKAB is independently managed by Gorathanth Engineering for all services, operations, and user interactions.

1. General Policy

GTKAB follows a fair and transparent refund policy. Refunds are only processed in genuine and verifiable cases as determined by our internal review process.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

  • Duplicate payment for the same ride
  • Ride amount deducted but ride not completed
  • Driver did not arrive or service not provided
  • Technical or payment failure during booking

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Completed rides
  • User no-show at pickup location
  • Late cancellation after driver assignment
  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or local conditions

4. Refund Request Process

Users must raise a refund request within 48 hours of the ride or transaction. Requests submitted after this period may not be considered.

5. Refund Approval

All refund requests are reviewed based on ride data, payment records, and driver reports. GTKAB reserves the right to approve or reject any request based on verification.

6. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days, depending on bank and payment provider timelines.

7. Refund Mode

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or processed through the GTKAB wallet, if applicable.

8. Final Decision

GTKAB’s decision regarding refunds will be final and binding.
