1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GTKAB mobile application, website, or services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

3. User Eligibility

Users must provide accurate and complete information while registering and using the platform. GTKAB reserves the right to verify user details and suspend accounts in case of false or misleading information.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Provide correct pickup and drop location details
  • Maintain respectful behavior with drivers and support staff
  • Be available at the pickup point on time
  • Not misuse or attempt to disrupt the platform

5. Driver & Vehicle Terms

  • Drivers must hold valid driving licenses and permits
  • Vehicles must be registered, insured, and roadworthy
  • Drivers must ensure passenger safety and professional conduct

6. Booking & Fare Policy

Ride fares are calculated based on distance, time, and availability. Estimated fare will be shown before booking confirmation. Additional charges such as waiting time or tolls may apply where applicable.

7. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel rides as per platform rules. Cancellation charges may apply if the driver has already been assigned or has reached the pickup location.

8. Payments

GTKAB acts as a platform connecting users and drivers and is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other external factors. GTKAB is also not liable for any loss of personal belongings during the ride.

10. Suspension & Termination

GTKAB reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts in case of misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Odisha.
